On May 12, 1976, the World Bank signed a Loan Agreement with Pierson, Heldring & Pierson N.V., Amsterdam, and The Netherlands. The loan amounts to Dutch Guilders 50 million and is repayable in five equal annual instalments of Dutch Guilders 10 million on May 17 of the years 1982 through 1986.
