Stéphane Piot is a lead financial officer in the World Bank Treasury, where he is an engagement manager for the Reserve Advisory and Management Partnership (RAMP). For over a decade, he has led and continues to lead capacity building engagements with central banks to enhance foreign reserves management.
Stéphane has more than 25 years’ experience in investment management with the World Bank Treasury, where he held several positions in Capital Markets Department, and was responsible for the issuance of structured bonds and hedging transactions with derivatives. Prior to joining the Treasury’s capital market unit, he managed the Treasury Information Systems, were he designed, implemented and managed financial systems applications.
He holds a Master of Science in mathematics and computer sciences from the French National School; Ecole Informatique et Techniques Avancées in Paris, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst from the CFA institute.
