Sevil Salakhutdinova is a Senior Health Specialist in the Health, Nutrition, Population Global Practice in the Europe and Central Asia Region.
A Russian national, Ms. Salakhutdinova joined the Bank in 2008 as a Health Officer at the World Bank Country Office in the Russian Federation. Her work focuses on supporting policy dialogue between the Bank and the Government of the Russian Federation on health sector-related policy issues, including public health policies, health care financing and health service delivery.
She has been involved in several projects on health sector reforms in the Russian Federation, Central Asia and Montenegro. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the Lomonosov Moscow State University, Russia.
