The launch of the Global Financial Development Report 2015 | 2016: Long-Term Finance took place on September 14, 2015. The launch event was chaired by Kaushik Basu, Senior Vice President and Chief Economist of the World Bank. The main findings of the report were presented by Asli Demirguc-Kunt, Director of the Research Department. Panelists included Bertrand Badré, Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer, and Peer Stein,Director of the Finance and Markets Global Practice.
