The Partnership for Development Knowledge Conference, organized in Sana’a on March 4–6, 2014, brought together government representatives and Civil Society leaders from Yemen to discuss ways of establishing constructive partnerships between government and CSOs. This report summarizes the discussions that took place during the sessions and some of the outcomes and agreements reached.
