Victoria Levin is a Senior Economist in the Education Global Practice and a co-Lead of the Skills Global Solutions Group. Her current work focuses on issues related to student assessment, measurement and development of socio-emotional skills, and innovations in adult literacy. In the past, Victoria has worked in the Social Protection and Jobs Global Practice in the Europe and Central Asia region on strengthening labor market policies, challenges and opportunities of population aging, and on the performance of social safety net systems in the Middle East and North Africa region. Before joining the World Bank, Victoria worked at Carnegie Endowment for International Peace in Washington, DC. Victoria holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy from Harvard University.
