In Georgia, only 16% of firms have women as top managers, for example. But some Georgian women are breaking the mold, even in the face of challenges caused by the COVID-19 crisis. Nino Dvalidze is an entrepreneur who successfully started a small business that supports parents during the pandemic, and employs up to 500 women.
