Temor Sarai village road is part of the 732 kilometers of tertiary roads that have been constructed through the Afghanistan Rural Access Project (ARAP), under the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MRRD). ARAP is supported by the World Bank and Afghanistan Reconstruction Trust Fund (ARTF). ARAP aims to enable rural communities across Afghanistan to benefit from improved access to basic services and facilities through all-weather roads.
