World Bank Managing Director Sri Mulyani Indrawati was a panelist at an International Women's Day Breakfast on "Investing in Women is Worth it" organized by the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Dutch NGO Talent to the Top. Speaking alongside Dutch Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation Minister Lilianne Ploumen, President of the Confederation of Netherlands Industry and Employers Bernard Wientjes and the Director of the Talent to the Top Foundation, Sandra Lutchman, Ms. Indrawati highlighed the World Bank Group's work to improve women’s business opportunities worldwide by breaking down financial, legal and cultural barriers as well as IFC's efforts to support women’s leadership at both the SME and corporate board levels.
