Senior Strategy Officer for IFC South Asia Region, including Sri Lanka and five other countries.  As IFC's Task Team Leader for the CPS, Junko collaborated with World Bank Task Team Leaders.  Before coming to work with South Asia, she was engaged with the Latin America and Caribbean Region in IFC as Senior Strategy Officer. She supported World Bank Group strategy formulations and investment and advisory operations in various Latin American Countries.  Currently she is on a developmental assignment to support IFC's initiative to promote the job agenda in collaboration with the World Bank.
