Benchmarking Water & Sanitation Utilities: A Start-Up Kit

The World Bank's initiative to promote and develop a system, for water and sanitation utilities, facilitating the compilation and sharing of performance data is being expanded and consolidated into a sustainable network to better meet the needs of the international water community.

The initiative is now known as IBNET (Water and Sanitation International Benchmarking Network) and has its own website at www.ib-net.org. On this website, all of the main features of the relevant World Bank network remain and you will be able to access the Start-Up Kit and the country data by clicking on the 'Start-Up Kit and Country Data' button.

We invite you to visit this new place and welcome your comments.

Feedback
This initiative will evolve over time, and we appreciate any comments that you might have on this site, on the initiative as a whole, or on utility benchmarking. Please send your comments to the Water Help Desk of the World Bank.
