How to Attend
To register for the program, please compete and return the attached application form (35K PDF; requires the free Adobe Acrobat Reader). All applications will be reviewed for necessary clearances. Once clearance has been obtained, confirmation of your attendance at the Program of Seminars will be sent. Applicants are encouraged to submit applications as soon as possible to facilitate this process. All registered participants of the Program of Seminars may attend the Annual Meetings.
A participation fee of US$1250 for the full conference or US$650 for a single day is due at the time of application. All cancellations or requests for substitutions must be made in writing (a faxed letter is acceptable). Fees will be fully refunded for cancellations received prior to July 15, 1999. Seventy percent (70%) of fees will be refunded for cancellations received from July 16 through September 1, 1999. Fifty percent (50%) of fees will be refunded for cancellations received from September 2 through September 17, 1999. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after September 17, 1999. Payments may be credited towards future Program attendance.
Members of official delegations, Observers, and duly accredited members of the Press registered to attend the Annual meetings are not required to complete the application form in order to attend the Program of Seminars.
Attendance at the Program of Seminars is limited. Seating in all sessions is available on a first-come, first-seated basis.
