Rebuilding Kosovo Photographs of Kosovo, July 1999   World Bank Group President James D. Wolfensohn traveled to Kosovo last week to survey at close hand the damage caused by the recent months of conflict. Media Relations Officer Phil Hay traveled around Kosovo with Mr. Wolfensohn and captured scenes of both devastation, and the resurgent spirit of Kosovar Albanians determined to rebuild their homes and their livelihoods.
