DIME Research Assistant and Field Coordinator Recruitment Drives
Each year, DIME organizes two large-scale batch recruitment drives, in Fall and Spring. The positions advertised in these drives allow project teams at DIME to hire for the following roles:
- Research Assistants — Work with the research team to support data acquisition, processing, cleaning, and analysis,
- Field Coordinators — Supervise implementation of the impact evaluations in the field and liaise with the research team, World Bank operational staff, and Government Officials.
- Junior Field Coordinators — Local staff who support Field Coordinators with field supervision and data collection
