The Revitalizing the SudanGum Arabic Production and Marketing Project is one of 15 projects funded through the Multi Donor Trust Fund-National (MDTF-N). With World Bank support, the program is designed to increase the income of small-scale gum Arabic producers in war-affected states in Sudan. The project has sustained a rise in averageannual incomes by as much as 65%, and gum Arabic exports have seen a remarkable increase of 120 percent. The MDTF-N ends on December 31, 2013.
