MOSCOW, September 9, 2015 – Cyril Muller, World Bank Vice President for Europe and Central Asia, completed his two-day visit to the Russian Federation during his first visit to ECA countries as Regional Vice President. The visit focused on further enhancing the longstanding relationship of the World Bank Group with the Russian Federation at the global, regional, and bilateral levels. Mr. Muller also introduced the newly appointed World Bank Country Director for the Russian Federation Andras Horvai to the key counterparts in the government, as well as in the Eurasian Development Bank.
