Country Program Coordinator for Ghana, Liberia, and Sierra Leone,
Sergiy Kulyk, a Ukrainian national, joined the Bank in 1993 after a career in the national civil service. His Bank Experience includes positions in the Europe and Central Asia department as a Resident Representative in Belarus, the Lead Country Officer and Country Program Coordinator. Since 2009 he works in the Africa Region as a Country Program Coordinator for several West African countries, most recently for Ghana, Liberia and Sierra Leone.
He holds a degree in International Economics, in 2001 completed the Executive Development Program at the Harvard University.
