Joe Qian works in communications for South Asia and specializes in web and media productions. He previously worked on the Second China project for the US Department of State and attended Johns Hopkins University as well as the University of Florida. Joe's an avid tennis player, pianist, and travels as much as he can with a passion for anything new and exotic.
