The World Bank PUBLIC EXPENDITURE REVIEW for POLAND (PER) prepared by the World Bank at the request of the Government of Poland was launched on May 17th, 2010 at the CASE - Center for Social and Economic Research during its Policy Seminar Series. The PER was presented by Kaspar Richer, Senior Economist at the World Bank and lead author of the review with opening remarks provided by Thomas Laursen, Country Manager for Poland and the Baltic Countries. Comments were provided by Mateusz Walewski, CASE Fellow and Member of the Board of Strategic Advisers to the Prime Minister of Poland and an introduction was made by Marek Dabrowski, President of CASE.
