The World Bank will hold a consultation meeting on the emerging findings and lessons from its experience in using Development Policy Financing (DPF) in Warsaw on May 14, 2015.

DPF is a lending instrument that provides general budget support to countries for policy and institutional reforms that help them achieve development results. Every three years, the World Bank conducts Retrospectives on DPFs as part of an ongoing effort to learn from their implementation.

The objective of this consultation meeting is to gather input on the early emerging findings of the review, and share experiences and lessons with government officials, civil society organizations, representatives from multilateral development banks, bilateral partners, and other interested groups in Poland.

The feedback received during these consultations will inform the final Retrospective report. A summary of this feedback will also be made public.
