Augusto Lopez-Claros, World Bank Group Director of Global Indicators, presented the Women, Business and the Law report at the Agence Française de Developpement (AFD) on March 25, 2015 to some 30 multi-stakeholder representatives. The report examines laws and regulations affecting women’s prospects as entrepreneurs and employees. The new edition highlights reforms carried out and expands coverage to examine legal protections addressing violence against women.
