The objective of the assignment is to prepare a Stakeholder Engagement Strategy (SES) for carbon pricing in Senegal. The SES will identify and mobilize all relevant actors; stakeholders; and institutions in order to contribute meaningfully to the design and successful implementation of carbon pricing instruments (carbon tax or carbon markets as envisioned under Article 6 of the Paris Agreement in Senegal).
