This Terms of Reference is for the procurement of a reputable and experienced consultant or organization to conduct an Assessment to assist an IFC client to develop a clear Roadmap for the development or acquisition of its Operational Management Information System (OMIS) which will assist the client organization in fulfilling its regulatory mandate.
