IFC is seeking proposals from firms; incubators; accelerators with hands-on experience of training startups in Angola. The selected company will be responsible for recruiting; designing; and delivering a comprehensive training program that encompasses a series of interactive workshops; training and mentorship sessions targeting at least 50 startups in areas such as but not limited to: • Strategic Planning: train startups to define their vision; set long-term objectives; and develop actionable strategies to achieve their goals.• Financial Management: train entrepreneurs on financial literacy required to manage their finances effectively; including budgeting; cash flow management; and understanding financial statements.• Marketing: Providing insights into market analysis; branding; customer engagement; and digital marketing strategies to enhance startups market presence and customer acquisition.• Corporate Governance: train on best practices for structuring businesses to ensure accountability; fairness; and transparency in operations.• Product development: at least 10 startups with products developed or enhanced during the training to be launched in the market. train on the lifecycle of product development from ideation to market launch; focusing on user needs assessment; product roadmap planning; and agile methodologies for iterative improvement.• Legal: Offering guidance on how to develop the company statutes; the legal aspects of running a business; including intellectual property rights; contract law; regulatory compliance• Additionally; the consulting firm will also support startups to formalize their businesses and obtaining their license.
