The International Finance Corporation (IFC) of the World Bank Group (WBG) is interested in procuring a reputable and experienced firm to conduct  a Benchmark Assessment of the funding models of financial regulators across the world; with the objective of providing recommendation to a specific Regulator on its model and potential impact on the industry and its effectiveness.  The Firm to be procured; will be expected to use a combination of desk research; case studies and consultations with a wide range of stakeholders; where necessary; as well as explanations of how the models may impact the industry and regulators in the country.

The World Bank Group reserves the right to publicly disclose contract award information, including but not limited to, name of company receiving the award, brief description of services, and contract award amount, for any contract award valued over US$250,000. Offeror's proposal and contractual documents will remain confidential and therefore not subject to disclosure.
