The International Finance Corporation (“IFC”) invites Request for Expression of Interest (REI) on which to base the selection of firms for the receipt of a solicitation for providing INTERIOR FIT-OUT WORKS for the IFC Office in COLOMBO, SRI LANKA
Firm must have a minimum average annual revenue more than Sri Lankan Rupees 460,000,000 (LKR Four Hundred Sixty Million), equivalent to USD 3,000,000 (USD 3 Million) for the last three years (2014 2015, and 2016), and must demonstrate it has the financial capability to successfully support the entire contract.
Firm must register, has all required licenses, permits and related paperwork and is authorized to operate as a General Contractor in the Construction Business, Civil Works, Fit-out works in COLOMBO, SRI LANKA.
Firm must have successfully and continuously been engaged as General Contractor in providing similar service to those required in this REI over the last 5 years.
The submission deadline is November 27, 2017, 3:00 p.m. (COLOMBO, SRI LANKA Local time)
