The World Bank Group (WBG) is requesting market information for video production service providers on solutions to deliver modern video and interactive media products in various formats to their staff and clients as a means to enhance the dissemination of knowledge gained through WBG projects.

The GCSIM Video Production team is dedicated to delivering clients with affordable, innovative products to provide the highest level of quality. Including projects and services as described below:

• In-house video production (Educational Videos & Promotional Videos)
• Informational Videos
• Documentary Videos
• Animations
• Post-production
• Editing services
• Script writing and Storyboarding
• Event support On-site
• Virtual event support via online studios (live stream)
• Videography (In studio, on location, and digital)
• Virtual Reality (VR) 360-degree video production

The video production team manages annually, approximately 150 projects that produces an annual average of ~500 videos. Short-form videos, between 2-5 minutes, comprise the largest segment of work with some long-form video creation up-to 45 minutes.

The WBG is looking for vendors and partners to supply a range of services depending on company’s offering, focus and locations. This RFI is only intended for small to large companies operating with full-time employees and already having attained the experience and proven track record of successfully completing video production work that is consistent with the expectations of a large global organization similar to the World Bank. Companies with experience in creating documentary, educational, or explainer, style videos is preferred.  Advertising agencies are encouraged to respond if they can show strong examples of non-advertisement type projects.
