Morocco - Second Transparency and Accountability Development Policy Loan (Hakama II)
Loan: US $200 million equivalent
Terms: Maturity 25 years, Grace 5 years

Project Description: The program development objective is to strengthen mechanisms promoting transparency and accountability in the management of public resources and to support legal reforms fostering open governance in Morocco in line with the new Constitution.
