PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The objective of the project is to support governance and institutional development reforms in the context of the Government strategy, initially the Poverty Reduction Strategy Paper (2003-2006) and now the Madagascar Action Plan (MAP) which provides the strategic framework for all development activities in the country for the 2007-2012 period.
