Vitaliy Dubil

IFC Operations Analyst & World Bank Staff Association Delegate & Y2Y Partnerships Chair, Financial Sector Vice Presidency

Vitaliy, a Ukrainian national, joined the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in June 2011 as a Consultant in the Sustainable Business Advisory Department, where he focused on corporate governance. Currently, he works as an Operations Analyst in the Partnerships and Advisory Services Operations Department, where he is responsible for fundraising and donor reporting. Prior to joining the IFC, Vitaliy had 7 years of experience in commercial banking and real estate development. He completed his Bachelors and Masters in finance at Dnipropetrovsk Finance Academy with honors. He also completed a special one-year MBA program at the University of Texas - Arlington, as the recipient of the merit-based Edmund S. Muskie Graduate Fellowship program. He was the founder of two educational non-for-profit community projects in Ukraine. Vitaliy likes soccer and is a fan of his home-town soccer team FC Dnipro.
