The objective of this assignment is to support the WB in providing TA support to the ECCB in the design of a green financing strategy (GFS). The Consultant’s main task will be to support the (i) development of a green financing strategy and implementation plan; and (ii) strengthening capacity and facilitate knowledge exchange for the implementation unit and team at the ECCB; including other relevant key staff and regional stakeholders. This assignment will build on a comprehensive evaluation of the current conditions related to green finance which was conducted from 2021-2023.
