Business analytics for a proposed World Bank lending operation in Indonesia. The assignment involves identifying practical solutions to ensure fiscally sound and financially sustainable solid waste management operations managed by Indonesian cities. Specifically; the study will focus on analyzing five pilot cities to develop strategies for maintaining elevated service levels; enhancing revenues; and improving operational efficiency without causing fiscal strain.
