OJK regularly conducts data publication/dissemination activities for the banking; capital markets; and non-bank financial institution (NBFI) sectors. DPDS utilizes tools such as query tools and spreadsheets; which are managed regularly alongside the data updating process with assistance from the relevant work unit. Currently; OJK statistics are published by uploading files (in spreadsheet or PDF format) via the OJK website. Additionally; DPDS has developed a Data Portal as a medium for routine data dissemination. The development of the data portal commenced in 2021 and is scheduled to be opened to the public by the end of 2023. Through the data portal; it is expected that the process of preparing and disseminating data and statistics can be carried out in a more standardized; efficient; and expedient manner.The firm consultant identifies the business processes and reporting applications in operation at the Financial Services Authority (OJK). This identification is conducted using questionnaire methods; Focus Group Discussions (FGD); as well as assistance activities to gain a deep understanding of the business processes and reporting applications at OJK. Furthermore; based on the results of this identification and analysis; the firm consultant will prepare the Data and Statistics Services Architecture at OJK; taking into account the Integrated Financial Service Sector Data Management Architecture (IDMA) 2023-2027; Information System Design (RBSI) 2023-2027; and the current Enterprise Data Model (EDM). In carrying out the Data and Statistics Services Architecture project; the firm consultant is responsible for providing technical assistance while adhering to best practices; which include:1.Conducting examination and analysis of business processes; tools; procedures; standards; resources; infrastructure; and applications necessary for conducting data service activities for internal and external stakeholders of OJK; as well as data dissemination activities at OJK.2.Developing a roadmap and strategy for the effective and efficient implementation of data and statistical services to support the tasks and functions of OJK.3.Undertaking activities necessary for the preparation of Data and Statistical Service 4.Providing recommendations on infrastructure; tools; methods; and processes that support Data and Statistical Services at OJK.
