Consulting firm or a consultant to assist in advising and preparing draft Alternative Investment Regulation in Uzbekistan mirroring concepts of AIL in EU and US regulation on venture financing and SAFE provisions. Strong knowledge of relevant EU and US regulation and experience in regulatory making in developing venture capital financing.
