Replace Lost or Stolen Passport

Report the incident to the local police department.

Apply for a passport at the nearest embassy or consulate of the country of citizenship.

Request a G1/G4 visa. If your passport is lost or stolen:

replace an I-94 card.

renew a G4 visa within the U.S.

Note:

If the passport of a G5 visa holder is lost or stolen, contact HR Operations.
