Partnership Council

PROBLUE is supported by the governments of Australia, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and the United States, as well as the European Union, with total contributions of $291.9 million as of June 30, 2025.

The PROBLUE Partnership Council serves as the fund’s governing body, providing strategic direction and oversight. It is co-chaired by the Bank Group’s Global Environment Department and a donor country, currently Sweden, and includes representatives from all donor countries, ensuring inclusive decision making and alignment with global priorities.
