Bank staff will be able to fully participate in the Annual Meetings and do not need to register. Attendance at invitation-only ministerial events, such as the Development Committee, IMFC, or G20 Meetings, is restricted to those invited and issued the requisite pin.

Staff can follow the proceedings along virtually or in-person. Public events will be streamed on World Bank Live. Staff and attendees can visit the schedule to see what events will be streamed online. Events that will be streamed will include a "Watch Event" link that will take staff to the appropriate event streaming page.
Building Access
Staff will be able to access HQ buildings with their Bank ID.
Annual Meetings badges will allow participants access to the buildings from Monday, October 13, through Saturday, October 18. For delegates only, Annual Meetings badges will allow access through Friday, October 24. During this time, all visitors, including Annual Meetings badge holders, will be subject to magnetometer and x-ray screening before entering Bank/Fund facilities. A security perimeter will be in place from Wednesday evening, October 15, through Friday evening, October 17 (dates subject to change). During this time, visitor passes will not be issued for the MC and J buildings.
Parking
Bank garages will follow existing parking procedures during the Meetings; see hours below. Parking during the week remains available for permitted parkers and for Staff who have a valid parking reservation in advance. During the weekend of October 18, Bank staff may park in the MC, F, or C buildings with no reservations required. Do not park in reserved spaces or handicap spaces without a handicap permit. Bank staff unable to find a parking space in one of the Bank's garages can use discounted parking at nearby commercial garages; see the Commercial Garage Parking Section on the Parking page.

Meeting Spaces
In-person meetings for ED Offices, Bank staff, and Governors/Delegates can be scheduled in offices, office conference rooms or in a Business Center Conference Room, which will be available for reservations for meetings of up to 45 people. Meeting rooms can be reserved in 30-minute blocks of up to two hours. For meetings exceeding 2 hours, please make a reservation for 2 hours and email ambusinesscenters@worldbank.org with the reservation confirmation and a request to extend the meeting.
To book a Business Center Conference Room, staff can use this link (which will be live from Monday, September 15 through Saturday, October 18). Those without access to EMS may download the Meeting Request Form and submit it using the button on the bottom of the form.
The furniture layouts in these rooms cannot be customized or moved. To ensure availability of IT/AV support (for virtual meetings), and proper set-up and cleaning between meetings, reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting.
