Staff Registration

Staff registration will be limited to those staff pre-approved to travel and attend the 2026 Annual Meetings.

Access

Virtual Participation

Staff who do not travel to the Annual Meetings can follow the proceedings along virtually. Public events will be streamed on World Bank Live, and links to stream invitation-only evetns will be available from the schedule. Events that will be streamed will include a "Watch Event" link that will take staff to the appropriate event streaming page. 

For Approved In-Person Participants

Registered World Bank and Executive Director staff should bring their registration confirmation letter to access the airport shuttle service, and to the Registration Desk to obtain their badge. Access to the campus will only be granted to approved in-person staff and registered participants.

Meeting Spaces

Business Center Conference Rooms will be available for bilateral meetings. Reservations will open closer to the Annual Meetings. Questions can be directed to ambusinesscenters@worldbank.org.
