Financing Partners commit financing and measurable targets — providing grants, loans, and blended capital to de-risk investment and accelerate delivery.

Through coordinated investment commitments, multilateral development banks and international financial institutions are scaling financing for water security at a speed and scope that no single actor could achieve alone, with transparent reporting on people reached and financing mobilized by 2030.
