National Energy Compacts

African governments lead Mission 300 by driving reforms and setting ambitious targets. With support from the World Bank Group and the African Development Bank Group, they are developing National Energy Compacts to expand affordable energy, integrate regional power systems, scale renewables and clean cooking, engage the private sector, and strengthen utilities— with input from civil society.
