Good work becomes great work when you have people to talk to. We are building a community for open conversation and honest questions, connecting people who do similar work in different places. It will be a place where building strong relationships matters as much as sharing expertise, and where simple exchanges turn into lasting connections. Here, the challenges of work will turn into opportunities to connect, and every conversation will have the potential to move things forward.

SCCI training in Istanbul brought together 44 government and PIU counterparts from Iraq, marking a new phase in Iraq’s partnership with the World Bank, including joint work with theIraq Reform, Recovery and Reconstruction Fund. The focus now is on embedding the training across projects to sustain impact in Iraq’s development agenda.
SCCI completed a two-week, four-cohort training for about 200 participants in Nigeria. Building on the networks and knowledge from the sessions, the Country Management Unit, PIUs, and government will pursue followup engagements and practical actions to address implementation challenges and translate lessons into project improvements for lasting impact.
The first SCCI training in the East Asia and Pacific region brought together to Manila 92 participants from 17 agencies. The program covered procurement, financial management, the Environmental and Social Framework, and monitoring and evaluation and coincided with the launch of the Philippines Country Partnership Framework (2025–2031), which is itself aligned with the Philippines Development Plan.
