About SCCI

The  Strengthening Client Capacity for Impact (SCCI) learning program  aims to achieve three primary objectives:

  • Enhance country skills and capacity to implement World Bank projects effectively at greater scale, speed, and quality

  • Facilitate peer-to-peer learning and networking, sharing innovative approaches and lessons learned

  •  Empower local experts and establish partnerships with local institutions to sustain these efforts

The SCCI learning program combines interactive face to face learning events with a robust online learning platform that includes an AI-powered virtual assistant (OpsChat) and a rich library of learning resources. These resources cover core operational topics such as Procurement, Financial Management, the Environmental and Social Framework, and Monitoring & Evaluation and Results — providing continuous, accessible support for project implementation.
