CRWJ Affiliates

The CRWJ Affiliate network is comprised of World Bank Group researchers whose work focuses on the theme of women and jobs. The Center features and promotes the visibility of its Affiliates' work. The Affiliate network serves as a community of practice for generating knowledge exchange and cross-sector collaboration within the World Bank, and as a means to connect with external researchers, policy makers, and other stakeholders who aim to improve the global “jobs landscape” for women.

    Sofía’s research focuses on violence against women and children, as well as women’s access to jobs, markets, and justice. She studies barriers to mobility, safety, justice, and skill acquisition.

    Leila’s work centers on the economic empowerment of women in MENA, exploring the effectiveness of interventions that alleviate childcare constraints and provide financial access.
