Health & Wellness Program, "The Preventive Plan" - WBG Staff Spouses/Domestic Partners and dependents aged > 18 years of WBG Staff and Retirees are eligible to sign up for the WBG Health & Wellness Program, which offers a health assessment, personalized health recommendations, access to electronic/telephonic health coaching, and health education support. The goal is to help you improve your health by taking small, consistent steps towards healthier behaviors. For those with a WBG health plan, the program is 100% covered.
Go to The Preventive Plan and register with your name, UPI, and date of birth. Then:
- Complete your Health & Wellbeing Assessment
- Complete your Labs & Biometrics
- Sign up for a health coaching program for ongoing support.
