The Global Effort to End Domestic and Sexual Violence

The NO MORE Foundation and The United Nation’s Domestic Abuse Taskforce for UN personnel have partnered to develop and deliver the first of its kind single source, verified global directory for domestic and sexual violence service providers. The Global Directory consists of services that are available in over 195 nations and associated territories. These service providers include NGOs, government resources and departments, police, and health and/or civil society institutions dedicated to the safety of people experiencing domestic and sexual violence, bystanders, and those people questioning their behaviour. Over 2,000 such organisations make up the directory with links to many more.
The objective of the event is to launch and promote the existence of the directory and ensure it is used by organisations and employers. It is also to show support for a collaborative agenda to end gender-based violence, in which many coming together can create impact.
