The Vienna Development Knowledge Center (VDKC) is a multisectoral platform for knowledge exchange, peer learning, and collaboration among policymakers and practitioners across Europe and Central Asia (ECA).
Established in 2025 as a joint initiative of the World Bank and the Government of Austria, the Center leverages the World Bank Group’s global knowledge base, operational experience, and partnerships with diverse stakeholders to address the region’s development needs.
