Welcome to World Bank Smart Cities (KSB) Community of Practice! The Smart Cities Knowledge Silo Breaker KSB aims to facilitate knowledge sharing among policy makers, development practitioners, academia and NGO/CSOs by providing various services to community members like advising clients to adopt smart practices to enhance political, technological and financial capacity, reducing material and energy consumption in cities while ensuring quality infrastructure and reliability of energy and competitiveness, empowering citizens and stakeholders through technology to actively participate in budgeting, planning and defining solutions through accountability and feedback on service quality.
