A Panel discussion is initiated to discuss the opportunities and challenges in applying Earth Observation in projects and thereby increasing the impact on the ground that satellite Earth Observation can have in development operations and activities.
This panel discussion will present opportunities for Task Teams to learn and use the expertise and resources of the European Space Agency (ESA). It will explore the utility, benefits and limitations of using satellite Earth Observation (EO) information services for water resource management.
