La Evaluación de Necesidades de Recuperación Post Desastre (PDNA por sus siglas en Inglés) es una colaboración entre la Unión Europea, el Banco Mundial y el Programa de las Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo (PNUD). Su objetivo es armonizar las evaluaciones posteriores a situaciones de crisis, incluyendo aquellas generadas por desastres de origen natural. Objectivos de aprendizaje Al finalizar este curso, podrá: Comprender la metodología PDNA y aplicarla en un sector clave como Salud o Educación o a un aspecto transversal como empleo o género. Realizar estimaciones del costo del daño, las pérdidas y necesidades de recuperación para cada sector de análisis.
