The goal of operations is to deliver products on time, in the quantities expected, and at the expected standards of quality. This requires understanding how to collect products from farmers, how to receive and store products, and how to deliver to buyers or other off takers. In this course, you will examine each of these steps in the operations process, in addition to learning how to write effective contracts.
