PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The main objective of this project is to the use and satisfaction with project-supported social and economic services provided amongst participating rural and urban communities. The additional financing will allow the Community Development Fund to scale-up delivery of basic services to communes and communities while its future role under the upcoming Local Development Fund is being defined.
